Posting Rules

  • Definitions
    • Posting - anything you submit to 02GO.
  • 1. DO NOTS
      • All of following ARE NOT permitted:
    • AI - genterated text, video, and imagery.
    • Posting old things as recent
    • Posting content that is not your creation or property
  • 2. Date Accuracy
      • Post dates need accuracy.:
    • Within the last two weeks: Accurate to the day.
    • Within the last six months: Accurate to the week.
    • Within the last ten years: Accurate to the month.
    • Older than 10 years: Accurate to within a couple years.
    • If you don't know check. I don't know.
  • 3. Fines and punishment
      • 02GO doesn't actively police posts. We rely on user flagging. Scope of fines are punishments are in scale of damages:
    • Pornographic content is an immediate suspension of account.
    • Content, or links to content, that exploits people, especially children, in a sexual, violent, demeaning, or other manner, will result in notification to government or other agencies with 02GO providing as much data as possible to identify the offender.

  • 5. User Legal Responsibilities
      • It is the responsibility of the poster to make sure that the content of their posting does not violate applicable laws. At a minimum, the poster must ensure that all of its postings:
    • Comply with applicable local, state, federal and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to defamation, consumer protection, and intellectual property and laws.
    • Not contain any content that discriminates on the basis of race, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation and pregnancy), age, physical or mental disability, religion, national origin, citizenship, military or veteran status, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by applicable law
    • Not contain content, or links to content, that exploits people in a sexual, violent, demeaning, or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 16

      • Some Postings may be subject to review; provided, that 02GO is under no obligation to review any postings. Posters may be required to revise their Postings to comply with these Posting Rules or to provide additional information to allow staff to clearly understand the nature and scope of the posting.
